Order Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:  
• United States: 3–7 business days  
• International: 7–21 business days  

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Free Shipping  
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.

Order Tracking  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Delays  
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or holidays.  
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.

Incorrect Address  
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.  
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages  
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier.
